We’re looking for a digital data analyst who’s willing to step up his/her game. At Humix we aim for qualitative and trustworthy data collection that enables our clients to better understand and optimise the overall user experience.

What you'll do

Understand and translate business needs into tracking requirements

Configuration of data tracking tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, …)

Make data actionable for A/B testing, Audience management platforms, data lakes,…

Manage a wide variety of tags in different tag management systems (GTM, Adobe, Tealium, Ensighten)

Create and build actionable reports/dashboards

Support organisations in adapting a more mature digital data approach

Your profile

The digital data analyst is seen as the enabler, gapping the bridge between IT and business, capable of understanding and translating business requirements into the correct tracking requirements and actions. You give guidance and help organisations to better understand the importance of proper data collection. Because of your knowledge and expertise, you’re trusted.

We work for clients that operate on an enterprise level (think Bose, D’ieteren, Ici Paris XL, Proximus, Essent, etc.). All challenging environments with high expectations, seeking added value. Data collection isn’t the end goal, it’s the starting point from which we define the best next step and guide people and teams towards operational data usage. This means using it for campaign purposes, integration in audience management platforms, etc. … .

Humix is a consultancy agency, meaning we mostly work with the client, and become part of the internal team. You’re therefore open minded and quickly adapt to new environments. Quickly doesn’t mean sloppy, you take sufficient time to  understand needs and take action accordingly. You’re organised and work in a structured manner.

You don’t need to be a know-it-all, but are willing to learn and extend your knowledge. Whether it be on a project at a client or at one of our offices in Antwerp, Hasselt, Utrecht or Eindhoven, you’ll connect and work with the whole team on regular base. We stimulate knowledge sharing and foresee sufficient time and resources for personal and skill development.

Great if you have it:

  • Experience with tag management systems
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, … )
  • Experience with data management platforms (Audience Manager, Audience Studio, Salesforce DMP, … )
  • Experience with mobile tracking
  • Operational knowledge with SQL, Javascript, …
  • Experience working in enterprise environments
  • Experience managing and coordinating teams
  • Fluent in French is a big plus
  • Interested in public speaking
